Project Management Partners-Improving organizational performance through better project management

Stakeholder Management

The major focus of this three-day program is how best to manage the project’s key external stakeholders -- sponsors, customers, and users. It builds on the ideas and concepts covered in the earlier programs and shows how to integrate the project with the ongoing operations of the performing organization. Topics covered include change management, the proper use of computer tools, written and oral presentation skills, advanced scheduling concepts, project procurement, and systems dynamics.
